These Terms constitute a binding agreement between TheProfessionalCopywriter, with address at Union Begonesa Etxetaldea, 47, 48004 Bilbao, Bizkaia, Spain ("we", "us") and the individual or entity ("Client") purchasing services via theprofessionalcopywriter.com.
TheProfessionalCopywriter provides English-language B2B copywriting services as described on the service pages. All services are delivered digitally. Specific deliverables, timelines, and revision terms are determined by the package selected at checkout.
All payments are processed via Stripe. Prices are in euros (EUR). Full payment is required before work begins. By completing checkout, you authorise the total amount shown to be charged.
Work begins within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation and receipt of a completed brief. Delivery timelines vary by service and are confirmed at booking.
Revision rounds are as specified in your package. Each round consists of consolidated written feedback and one revised document in response. Additional rounds may be purchased as add-ons.
The Client agrees to provide a complete brief within five business days, provide timely feedback within five business days of receiving drafts, and respond to questions that arise during the project.
Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership of all final delivered copy. TheProfessionalCopywriter retains the right to reference the project type in portfolio materials unless the Client requests otherwise before project start.
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Copywriting outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates, open rates, or revenue outcomes.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Bilbao, Spain.
