1. Our quality commitment
We aim to deliver work that meets the agreed brief. The revision process ensures that outcome. If the work materially fails to address the agreed brief after revision rounds are exhausted, we will resolve it.
2. Eligible refund situations
- The delivered copy materially fails to address the brief as originally submitted.
- TheProfessionalCopywriter is unable to complete the project due to circumstances on our side.
- The project has not begun because the Client has not submitted a brief within 30 days of purchase.
3. Non-refundable situations
- The Client changed scope or goals after work began.
- All included revision rounds have been used.
- Delays were caused by the Client failing to provide required information or feedback.
- The Client has already published or used the delivered copy.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@theprofessionalcopywriter.com within 14 days of final delivery with your order reference and a clear description of the issue. We respond within five business days.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer.
